Job Description

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
  2. Issue offer letters and handle employee documentation.
  3. Own employee onboarding including documentation, welcome kits, joining emails, and HR drive updates.
  4. Coordinate and manage background verification.
  5. Handle payroll inputs such as attendance, DeskTime, overtime, and leave data.
  6. Support PMS along with training and development initiatives.
  7. Maintain leave records and HRMS.
  8. Execute exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.

Qualification
