  5. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market intelligence to support effective hiring strategies.
  6. Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  7. Provide regular reports to HR and management on recruitment progress.
