- Assist in sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews for IT roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Post job openings across portals & support employee referral initiatives.
- Help in planning & executing employee engagement activities & events.
- Support onboarding formalities & maintain exit documentation.
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management & payroll support.
- Maintain employee records & update HRMS data.
- Provide support in HR policy execution & compliance tasks.
