Job Description

  1. Assist in sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews for IT roles.
  2. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  3. Post job openings across portals & support employee referral initiatives.
  4. Help in planning & executing employee engagement activities & events.
  5. Support onboarding formalities & maintain exit documentation.
  6. Assist in attendance tracking, leave management & payroll support.
  7. Maintain employee records & update HRMS data.
  8. Provide support in HR policy execution & compliance tasks.
