Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Issue offer letters and handle employee documentation.
- Own employee onboarding including documentation, welcome kits, joining emails, and HR drive updates.
- Coordinate and manage background verification.
- Handle payroll inputs such as attendance, DeskTime, overtime, and leave data.
- Support PMS along with training and development initiatives.
- Maintain leave records and HRMS.
- Execute exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
